Cancellation Policy
Cancelation and Deposit Policy
Your appointments are very important to us at Magnified Elegance, it is time reserved especially for you, we understand that sometimes adjustments are necessary, therefore we respectfully request at least 24 business hour’s notice for cancellations. Since the service is reserved for you personally , a cancellation fee will apply.
Less than 24 business hour notice will result in a charge of 50% of the reserved service amount.
“NO SHOWS” will be charged 100% of the service amount.
Last minute appointments are a gamble, you will need to give me atleast 24-48 hour notice or to avoid this scenario pre-booking at your appointment is the best option
More than 15 minutes late to your appointment, we cannot guarantee full satisfaction of your results. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes will most likely be rescheduled and charged the full service amount. It is treated like a NO SHOW. we need to accommodate others whose appointment follows yours. IF I don't have a client directly after you then I'll be happy to be patient and wait. IF I do have a client directly after your appointment and you insist on getting your service, you are knowingly accepting a fraction of the time and paying full price.
A deposit of $25 is required for all services to secure your appointment. You will be promoted to pay the deposit upon booking. If you cancel or no show this deposit is forfeited and will need a new deposit for your next appointment.
Deposits do go towards the final cost, this is not an additional charge.
You will have to put a card on file in order to book, this is not information that I can see it is saved securely in Gloss Genius. This is standard and helps to prevent cancellations, no shows, and scams.
